How we operate
We are an online-only retailer. We curate a small, carefully chosen range of children's play tents, teepees, sensory dens and accessories.
We do not hold stock in a warehouse of our own. Orders are made and dispatched directly by the makers and suppliers we partner with, which keeps our range small and our quality high.
There is no physical shop or collection point — please do not visit the registered office.
Payments
Checkout is hosted and secured by Shopify at checkout.playtents.co.uk. We never see or store your card details.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all applicable taxes.
Delivery
Sensory range orders are made and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Cosy Corner items are made to order and arrive in 3–10 working days.

Returns & refunds
14 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging for a full refund. Faulty or damaged items are covered for 30 days.

Product safety
Our products are supplied with UKCA/CE marking and tested to EN 71 toy safety standards. Cosy Corner textiles additionally meet BS 5852 flammability requirements and use azo-free dyes.

This site runs over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate on every page. We only use your details to fulfil your order and, if you opt in, to send occasional emails.

Pricing and product accuracy
Prices, availability and product descriptions shown on this site are the prices and details you pay and receive at checkout — they are kept in sync with our Shopify catalogue. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we say so on the product page. If we ever spot an error in a listing after you order, we will contact you and offer a full refund rather than proceed.
