These terms govern your use of playtents.co.uk and your purchase of products from Play Tents UK. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

About us

Play Tents UK is a UK-based retailer of pop-up play tents and related accessories. Contact: hello@playtents.co.uk.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, pricing was incorrect, or we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any amount paid in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return, and a further 14 days to return the goods in unused, resaleable condition. Faulty items are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Delivery & Returns page.

Product use

Our play tents are designed for indoor and dry-weather outdoor use by children aged 3+ under adult supervision. Please follow the setup and care guidance supplied with your product.

Intellectual property

All content on playtents.co.uk — including logos, images, designs and copy — is owned by Play Tents UK or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
