What age are the play tents suitable for?
Our pop-up play tents are designed for children aged 3 and up. Under-3s should always be supervised by an adult during play.
Are the tents safe and non-toxic?
Yes. All our tents meet UK toy safety standards (EN71) and are made from child-safe, non-toxic materials with padded flexi-frames.
How big are the tents?
Sizing varies by model — most classic tents are around 100 × 100 × 130cm. Full dimensions are listed on each product page.
Can I use the tent outdoors?
Absolutely, on dry days. We recommend bringing the tent inside before rain or strong winds, and drying it fully before folding it away.
How do I fold the tent back down?
The tent folds into three overlapping loops with a simple twist. See our Setup Guide for step-by-step instructions and video links.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days (£3.95, or free over £50). Tracked next-day delivery is available for £6.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns window on unused items in their original packaging. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the UK only. Sign up to our newsletter to hear when international shipping opens up.
