Delivery
UK delivery
Every order is dispatched directly by the maker on a tracked courier, Podsplay for Sensory Spaces dens, moi mili for the Cosy Corner cotton range. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Free standard delivery
Free on orders over £50. £3.95 flat rate under £50. 2–4 working days by Royal Mail Tracked or Evri.
Express delivery
£6.95 tracked express delivery where the maker offers it at checkout. Not available on weekends or bank holidays.
Dispatch times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Handmade Cosy Corner pieces are sometimes made to order and can take 2–22 working days; we'll let you know if that applies to yours.
Where we deliver
We ship anywhere in mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands. Remote postcodes may take an extra 1–2 working days.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking updates within a few hours of dispatch, if you don't see movement by the next working morning, reply to that email and we'll chase the courier for you.
International shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. Join our newsletter to hear first when international delivery opens up.
