Fast UK shipping, careful packaging and a fair returns policy — so play time starts as soon as possible.
Standard delivery
Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95 flat rate. Delivered in 2–4 working days by Royal Mail or Evri.
Express delivery
£6.95 tracked express delivery where the maker offers it at checkout. Not available on weekends or bank holidays.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched directly by the maker. Most are on their way within 1–2 working days.
14-day returns
Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
How to return an item
- Start your return within 14 days of delivery, noting which item(s) you'd like to send back.
- You'll receive a returns address and instructions within one working day.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and post it back using a tracked service — return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, a photo of the fault is all that's needed to arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
International shipping
