Delivery & Returns

Fast UK shipping, careful packaging and a fair returns policy — so play time starts as soon as possible.

Standard delivery

£3.95 flat rate, or free on orders over £50. Delivered in 2–4 working days by Royal Mail or Evri.

Express delivery

£6.95 tracked next-day when ordered before 1pm, Monday to Thursday. Not available on weekends or bank holidays.

Dispatch

We ship every weekday from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.

30-day returns

Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

How to return an item

  1. Email hello@playtents.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one working day with a returns address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging and post it back using a tracked service — return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
  4. Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

International shipping
