Your order is dispatched directly by the maker — Podsplay for Sensory Spaces dens, moi mili for the Cosy Corner cotton range. Most UK mainland orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–4 working days after that. Handmade Cosy Corner pieces are sometimes made to order and can take 2–22 working days; we'll let you know if that applies to yours. Order from both ranges and you'll receive two parcels with separate tracking.
Yes — standard tracked delivery is free on every order over £50 to UK mainland addresses. Under £50 it is a £3.95 flat rate at checkout.
14 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging. Because the two ranges go back to two different makers, email hello@playtents.co.uk first and we'll send the right return label — Podsplay for Sensory Spaces, moi mili for Cosy Corner. Refunds land within 3–5 working days of the return arriving.
Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or a full refund straight away. No lengthy back-and-forth — damage in transit is on us, not you.
Yes, but the specs differ by range. Sensory Spaces dens (made by Podsplay) are UKCA/CE-marked to EN71 parts 1–3 with BS 5852 flame-retardant polyester and a fully enclosed fibreglass frame. Cosy Corner teepees and canopies (handmade by moi mili) are UKCA-marked to EN71 in OEKO-TEX® certified cotton on sanded pine poles, with no electronics. Both are recommended from age 3+ with supervision for younger children.
Play Tents Ltd buys directly from the two makers — Podsplay for the Sensory Spaces dens and moi mili for the Cosy Corner cotton range — never from third-party marketplaces. Every item ships with its safety paperwork, and our company details (Play Tents Ltd, company no. 17350106) appear on every invoice and in the footer.
